setting up outside view windows in FSX

I want to do this without using the virtual cockpit. Basically I need the front view perspective to be looking higher. I tried changing the position of the head but it doesn't change the angle. Is there a command for that?

Also, I need to set up a left view on another window, again without using the virtual cockpit.
