b 747 throttle home made. (need help with electronics and base of throttle)

hello!

I quit building or put on hold a 747 throttle a little while ago. but I'm wondering about finishing the throttle this Christmas. here is a pic of the current situation of the throttle only the throttle it self has been built but the base of the throttle with all the servos and whatnot is not made yet. is there some way to get electricians and a metalworker to finish all the electric components and all the gearwheels for the throttle below?. or is there some way to buy the base for the throttle
