Zoom issues and throttle weirdies

Hi Folks

Once a flight in FSX has been completed and you reset or start another flight, the external view zoom (+ and-) goes crazy, so much so that if you zoom in, the view goes inside the aircraft! A real pain when you cannot zoom right back. Only cure I have found is to restart FSX (another pain). Any ideas anyone?

The other issue that I now seem to be getting is when everything is set up ready to take off, throttles pushed forward, the engines spool up and drop back to idle straight away. Can't keep them up to full throttle. Good 'un eh? Throttle are all calibrated properly. Had this a while back and it seemed to clear itself but it's now back and so annoying!
