Hi,
I think it is about time to take a feeling of what we prefer this days
Favorite = FSX
Most used = FS9
Just got there at the right time I guess.
FS9 because it runs like it should on my system.
Fs2004 .......because I can't afford the $5000 needed to actually get a machine that runs FSX with all the bells and whistles that the Microsoft package SAYS I should be having when I buy it .....at reasonable smooth flyable framerates.
best,

Battleground Europe....because you're not bombing or shooting down ai..it's some other guy who's day you're ruining. :D
Without starting a war, I don't think $5000 is needed to get a decent machine that can run FSX nicely. Unfortunately, FSX is still very CPU intensive as opposed to GPU intensive. With SP1 or SP2 for FSX (forget which), though, multiple cores can be used to your advantage. So, a multicore board, a bit of RAM and a good GPU, and you should be set.
I plan to do my A320 (or A160) purely on FSX.
