In force feedback system motor is stalled almost all the time and large stall torque is required. I am trying to establish which type of the motor (brushed, brushless, stepper, or servo) would be best suited for the force feedback application.
Microsoft force feedback joystick uses brushed motors (as far as I know). Should I go for brushed? Are there any advantages of using brushless?
