Willing to pay someone for there autocad help

Ok so I have no experience in autocad. What I would like to be able do do is take the awesome plans that were done up for the 767 throttle quadrant and have them printed to scale so that I can cut them out and use them as templates to make a throttle quadrant. My brother who works with cad would do it up for free but is backed up on work at the moment. PM me if interest with a price and lets see if we cant work something out.
