Loan of Mike Powell's book in Australia

Good Morning all.
Just wondering if anyone in Australia has a copy of Mike Powell's book, 'Building Simulated Aircraft Instruments' that I could borrow for a bit.
Mike No longer prints the book, and is unlikey to print another run. I've searched everywhere to purchase a copy, ebay, amazon etc etc. with no luck. I live in Melbourne, and would cover all costs of the send and return. Please reply in a PM, on this forum, or my private email 'rfon1 at hotmail.com'
