Re: phidgets reverser help!!
hi cliff -
a couple of Q's -
1. I assume you're using FS2P?
2. and your 2 throttle levers are connected to one potentiometer each for sensing?
I guess you're asking how you can have separate switches for the 2 engines -
I don't know how your vendor has wired the TQ - here's what i have on my rig - -
I have a pot on each of my throttles which cover the full range from max forward to full reverse - using FS2P, i have calibrated them to read 0 > +16384 for the fwd part, and 0 > -4096 for the reverse, with a dead zone at the 0 value - this lets you use a single pot for the fwd and reverse -
I don't think FS2P supports multiple assignments per input - ie, I dont think you can trigger the reversers on engine 1 & 2 with a single switch - you could add another switch and use separate offsets for each reverser -
I would try and use the single pot for the reverse/fwd, as with this you can control the amount of Reverse as well -
hope this helps -

Re: phidgets reverser help!!
thanks fc,
wonder if you could help me .
both of my reverse levers have switches...and both of these switches are wired together into a single input on the card, so when i activate either reverse lever, i only ever get one phidgets input to show ever.
just need some kind person to tell me how to activate reverse thrust on both engines using a single input.
in fsuipc it would be "decrease throttle" etc.
thanks guys!!!!

Re: phidgets reverser help!!
hi cliff - are you using FS2P to assign phidgets inputs?
I would suggest you wire both switches independently to 2 inputs in phidgets = as far as I know, FS2P does not support multiple assignments per input - (I may be wrong here!)
I'd say its more realistic to have separate reversers for each engine -
How has your vendor assigned the reverse switch? Maybe you can ask them -
There are 2 parts to this, one is the wiring of the input to the card, and the second id assigning them in FS2P -
The thing I need to know is if you're using FS2P -
