Most parts suppliers for the industry don't go to the head without a part number for the toilet paper.
Good luck. Anyone and everyone in the official parts business whom I've delt with in the past could not help me without a part number and they are in the master parts catalog for each aircraft type and model and customer number.
Unfortunately, those are far and few between for the average or even above average sim-builder.
They don't care what the part's common or generic name is, what it looks like, or what color it is, or what panel it's installed into. They gotta have a part number to get you the part or they won't even bother with you because it's too time consuming to try and research the part without the number.
Some suppliers for rotables and replacements have thousands of parts in inventory for many different aircraft and without a part number...well, as I said.
