ABGC Accelerating Above 250 Knots at 8000 Feet
Hi, Enrico.
First of all, can I say that the Airbus software gets better and better
after each new release :-)
One thing that stands out at the moment, however, is that in managed mode
the aircraft accelerates to its cruise speed after climbing through 8,000
feet. Am I right in assuming that it should be accelerating above 250 knots
after 10,000 feet?
Best wishes,
Darren Sugden (www.sugden.karoo.net)

Still long ways to go.

Check the vertical revision... if it religiously happens at 8000 ft, can it
be that it is set to that value? On the F-PLN page press the right LSK next
to a waypoint, the restriction is set on 2L I think.

Thanks, Enrico :-)
You were right. There was a 8000 ft restriction. I never thought of looking
there! You learn something new every day!
Many many thanks,
Darren
