I'm new in the community. I plan to to build a radio stack, a simple and cheap one, and the challenge is to interface it with X-plane under Linux ! At this time, I don't know where to begin ...
So if someone could give me an idea.

Hi Fred and welcome to the definitive knowledge base for home cockpit building.
In answer to your question, I can only speak for Opencockpits interface cards as they offer a plugin specifically for X-plane called XLUIPC. This file acts like FSUIPC and lets the IOCards system work with Xplane’s internal variables. As for a cheap radio stack you'll find their multiradio to be very cost effective and works with X-plane.
I'm not sure whether XLUIPC works under Linux however.
Good luck,
Ken.
