Problem Event Name: BEX and memory issue

hi guys

lately ive been getting error

"Problem Event Name: BEX" when flying. sometimes it's an hour into the flight and sometimes it doesn't do it. and sometimes it says runs out of memory. FSX is not even set on high graophic.

I have 6 gig of ram, I7 930, GTX 460 nvidia,

is there a way to fix this issue or is there a way to increase your ram, i already tried page file but it still does it.

i googled it and alot of people have this issue.
