I think the kit should come from the supplier because it depends how the mechanics are built in the TQ. Why not experiment with servos? I'm thinking to motorise my Saitek throttle to see if it works. If it does, I know I can buy a non motorised TQ.

I believe there are high powered servos that can be controlled in the same way as the little ones from your gauges (or RC helicopter for that matter). My plan is to attach little servos to the Saitek TQ with rubber bands so I can't force them. The servo positions itself to the amount of thrust from FS, whether this amount is set via autothrottle or manually. So on manual, the servo follows the lever position and on autothrottle, the lever follows the servo. The little servos just as a feasibility study. When it works, I investigate the high powered ones.
