Need advice on re-doing panels

Hello. I have systems panels for my 146 build and the backlit lexan/plastic panel "face" needs to be refurbished. I am unsure on how to proceed without messing the whole thing up.

Is there a place where one can send them for refurbishment?. If I paint them, then the engraved legends will be covered.....any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Also...does anyone have the "exact" grey color that is used in these cockpits...at least to match the existing panel grey?
