encordor qesrion???

hi every one
dose any one know were i can find push and pull rotary encorders
it is for airbus fcu and also can some one explane on the fcu of an air bus
the push bottons ap1 ap2 thrt are all with a internal led,can i find push buttons
that size with led or do i have to make them with tack sitches and leds with plexiglass and ingrave them???is there any that size that fit so thay are more solid and not so much fuss,as for the cap mybe i could cover them with a lazer printed stikers on mat sticker paper!!!
