Flap Handle and Throttles

Hi,
I am having trouble getting my Flap Handle and Throttles to work properly.

Recently my PC running FS9 blew up and i have now started all over again but with FSX this time.

I am using the latest PF2Phidget 4 version.

I have gotten all to work except:

Flaps: cannot get flaps UP fully and neither extended to 40. When the flap handle is in the UP position as far as FSX is concerned it shows as position 2, when it is fully DOWN FSX shows it at position 30
Have tried the calibration and it does not work.

Throttles as well, when moved all the way forward FSX reads a value of around 12000 i.e. they do not go to the full.

Any ideas would be very appreciated
