Moving and expanding a window outside the screen boundaries

Hi all,

I hope I'll be able to make it clear on what I'm looking for. :-)

I would like to open a new view of the FMS and detach it to another screen. No problem until now.

But additionally I would like to magnify the portion that I enhanced in red (Picture on the left below) that represents the FMS display and expand it fullscreen. (as on the picture on the right below).

I imagine I have to zoom in the FMS window and position the FMS display to cover my screen so that the rest of the FMS (the keyboard and all the grey part) is outside of the boundaries of the screen.

I hope some of you guys have an idea on how to achieve this ?
