Help to program a function with LED64

Hello,


i tried myself but with no success so please i need your help :

1) to configure leds to be on when:

(offset xx = 1) and (offset zz>200 and zz<500)

or

(offset xx = 1) and (offset zz>800 and zz<900)

2) to control led's brightness for Blue Valve's state in Boeing's overhead.
I changed ini's entyr as SecondBright=True and have also
Brightness=100
Brightness2=20
but nothing happens, no difference

3) Do you know to explain the LED64's ini enties?

Is these possible to make them work at ini file ?
(Sorry but configure button from Fs2Phidgets, returns error and program ends in 2 different PCs, only on LED64 emulator card works, so the only way to program my LED64 card is directly at ini file)
