Hello
I have some problems with the connection between my flight sim PC, where my FMGS Server is and my second PC with PFD ND (capt. and fo.) and the MCDU program. They don't connect to the FMGS Server any more, after I have updated my FMGS on both PCs. What can I do?
I'm really looking for to hear from you,
Greetings Pablo

On your second PC did you put the location of the server into the setup when loading? Have you shared all the relevant files?

Merry christmas!
Thank you for you answer I put everything in the connection part but it doesn't work. What do you mean with shared the relevant files? I use the program Hamachi for the connection which has an own ip4 adress by the way.
Greetings Pablo :D

I don't know what Hamachi is but when you load Jeehell it either asks you if you are working on the FS computer in which case you don't need to put the IP in, or it asks you the IP of the server PC which you should type in. It is recommended that you use static IP addresses so that your router doesn't give you a different number each time you start up.
You should set up sharing on files that are talking to each other. I always share the A320FMGS folder and the Flight Simulator and any other folders which contain programs that talk across the network.

Hamachi creates an own home network because my home network doesnt work with jeehell. Should I use the hamachi ip4 adress of my server computer on the second pc? It always worked so I don't know whats the problem now. I'll try out file sharing. Thank you very much.

I would avoid Hamachi, it will bring in another layer of complexity.

As Barry as recommended, setup your computers so they all have a static ip address (in the ip page of network) -- setup the server computer as the one which is running FSX/P3D. The clients should point towards the server ip.

Make sure you don't have any firewalls or virus scanners preventing FMGS from functioning. FMGS needs to be unblocked from the Windows firewall to allow network transmission.

Hello
I use Hamachi because my own network doesnt't work. I tried the static IP adress but it doesn't work. Hamachi always worked without any problem for me till the update 46.0. Ma server log shows this message: **12:45:18.106** port -1: fmaps error 10053
**12:45:19.108** port 8003:25.84.237.87 connected
**12:45:19.113** port 8003:25.84.237.87 fmaps error 10054
**12:45:19.115** port 8003:25.84.237.87 disconnected
**12:45:19.117** port -1: fmaps error 10053
My MCDU PFD (CPT and FO) and ND (CPT and FO) are on my second PC. The server says that the MCDU is connected but PFD and ND not. My MCDU doesn't show anything altough it seems to be connected.
Any solutions for this?
Greetings Pablo

Have you checked your router to ensure your static ip's fit within the allowable range?

I usually use a low range (between .1-50 for my home network).
