I had a problem with missaligned ILS final courses.
A couple of comments:

I noted that the ScenerycfgPath was wrong - it was retained from an old P3D installation.
The FSFolder path was empty so I added that.

After regeneration of the BIN files the logNDB.txt contains the following data:

*14:22:49* Navdata module launched Server*14:22:49*

Two questions:

What causes the Failed Gates and how should this be resolved?
There is also an entry AerosoftPath in the FSscenery.cfg file. Is it correct that this is the location to coincide with NavdataPro downloads, where the module checks for navdata updates?
