I could not make out well from the long and intricate license, if you can then use Jeehell, in a Sim Center open to the public.
Could you give me information about this?
There is no possibility to have permission from the Developer to do that?

The freeware version of my software is not suitable for any kind of commercial usage. It is only meant for private use.
