UPDATE 08/14/2015:
After having some news from Majdan, and even met him in real life, I allowed him some more time to make up for his promises.
He supposedly was to repair his wrong deeds last Monday, which I have not yet seen the benefit.
I'll give him until next Friday, which should give the international bank system plenty enough time to process this matter. If by then nothing happens, he will have just confirmed he is a professional liar.

---------------

UPDATE 05/29/2015:
I'm temporarily closing this thread, until the 14th of July or before if the matter is settled.

---------------
UPDATE 05/28/2015:
After being finally contacted again by M. Majdan, I will give him until mid-July to comply to his obligations.
Which means, next version will allow to run his module until the 14th of July without issue. If by then he deceives me again, the decision to remove support for all his hardware will be definitive.

----------------

Hello everyone,

I have a very important message to all FScockpit customers, and in the end to the whole A320 community.

FScockpit hardware will no longer be compatible with my software, starting in next version.
If you have hardware from this vendor, do not update to next version.
I will remove all traces of previous version when next one goes out, which should happen soon.
I will not answer to any request to allow the hardware to work for single users.
I will in fact not answer to any claims from anyone on this topic.

If you want FScockpit support back for future versions, you should email M. Majdan right away, and ask him to settle this situation.

I also from now publicly dis-recommend buying anything from this vendor.
I cannot let a thief make money by stealing money and intellectual property.
I thought it would be possible to come to an agreement, but after being deceived several times, this can clearly never happen.

Also, as a warning I am really not happy to make:
If I somehow find out someone attempts to distribute a mean to bypass the limitation set on FSCockpit hardware, I will purely stop developing the free version of my software.

Freeware is in my view a very good thing. But this implies people being respectful. The respect has been broken.
I'm sad for the people who are in the middle of this, be assured this was not my wrong doing nor my intent.

Best regards,
Jean Luc

At last there's someone to be consequent. Right decision when such a behaviour is shown. My respect, JL!

There are enough bad people around without having to put up with them in such a small community such as ours.

We are right behind you JL.

I haven't been too active here lately. What's going on with FSCockpit and what does Majdan need to do for your support? Some sort of false advertising thing?

@Avro748: I will keep the issue between M. Majdan and me, at least as long as M. Majdan seems to cooperate (which was not the case until yesterday).

Anyway, thanks to all for the kind words.

Best regards,
Jean Luc
