Just looking into migrating my A320 sim to Jeehell. I notice that there is support for FDS modules, not quite sure whether mine are included. Are there more manuals I should be reading, I have been through "First Steps", "User Guide" and "Advanced Guide"?
I have FDS FCU with CPFlight G2 card, Plug & Play MCDU and Interfaceit SYS 1 board but I am not sure whether there are versions of these I need to check. Mine all date from 2007.
I also have some FDT Simboards, guess these are not supported?
I am trying to plan this migration fo achieve minimum downtime.
Regards
Barry

I would also like to know if the 'older' FDS hardware may be supported as I might be making a purchase soon.

Nice blog Barry! I have a lot to learn from your build!

Hi Barry,

Regarding FDS compatibility:

- old FCU powered by CPFlight is not compatible. I have a module working with current CPFlight FCU, which I was told work similarly to the FDS old system. If you're REALLY NOT in a hurry, we could try to work a few things out. But I cannot make any promise here.

- FDS SYS1: if it uses interfaceIT, and is compaitble with the latest interfaceit dll interface, it should work easily.

- P&P MCDU: Depends on the version, if it uses InterfaceIT it should work I think.

- FDT simboards: those are not supported.

Best regards,
JL
