If you don't want to check our forum all the time you can use our RSS feeds. They are updated every 30 minutes. Internet Explorer 7 has integrated RSS functionality or you can use an aggregator like http://www.sharpreader.com/

The URLS to access these feeds are:
XML - www.mycockpit.org/forums/external.php?type=xml (http://www.mycockpit.org/forums/external.php?type=xml)
RSS - www.mycockpit.org/forums/external.php?type=rss (http://www.mycockpit.org/forums/external.php?type=rss)
RSS 1.0 - www.mycockpit.org/forums/external.php?type=rss1 (http://www.mycockpit.org/forums/external.php?type=rss1)
RSS 2.0 - www.mycockpit.org/forums/external.php?type=rss2 (http://www.mycockpit.org/forums/external.php?type=rss2)

RSS is a family of web feed (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web_feed) formats used to
publish frequently updated pages, such as blogs (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blog) or news feeds. Consumers of
RSS content use special browsers called aggregators (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aggregator) to watch for new
content in dozens or even hundreds of web feeds (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web_feed)
[...]
Programs known as feed readers or aggregators can check a list of feeds on
behalf of a user and display any updated articles that they find. It is common
to find web feeds on major websites and many smaller ones. Some websites let
people choose between RSS or Atom (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atom_%28standard%29) formatted web
feeds; others offer only RSS or only Atom.

RSS-aware programs are available for various operating systems.
Client-side readers and aggregators are typically constructed as standalone
programs or extensions to existing programs such as web browsers (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web_browser) and Email (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Email) readers. Many browsers have integrated support for RSS feeds.
