I am really looking for an affordable glarewing/glareshield, but I can't seem to find id? You can buy the glarewings but not the centerpart (where the MCP and EFIS should go in). Is there any store/website where you can buy them?

Thanks,
Bart

Hi Bart

I think Flightdeck solutions sell them.

Thanks! The only problem are the prices.. Just look at these:

B737NG Glare Wing-10 (http://www.flightdecksolutions.com/prod_info.php?id=430)
This excludes the center part, so I will not be able to put the MCP in it, it's just the wing. This costs 499$ CAD (€377).

FDS-B737NG-GLARESHIELD-10 (http://www.flightdecksolutions.com/prod_info.php?id=618). This includes also the center part, but costs 995$ CAD (€752).

Considering that I only need the captain and center part, it's a little too expensive... Maybe some suggestions?

Thanks

Bart

Why don't you build your own?
Allan.

www.aviationmegastore.com is near Schiphol airport. Good webshop but also worth a visit. Many Belgian licence plates so it's worth the trip ;-)

Looks very nice! But i'm not so handy to make that stuff all myself. I will order some parts from Sismo and I will see what i can do with those. I have to make a supporting bottom for the shield but I think I will take an iron plate or something like that. I need to see it first, then I make my ideas. Thanks for sharing! :D
