Hi guys ,

In Real B737NGs , the Green N1 Bug in N1 ARC in Eicas means the maximum Takeoff thrust . In PM GC this Bug is set depending on the select temperature in N1 page in FMC , that is , if I select a temperature higher than OAT , I get a R-TO and offcourse a N1 lower then the maximum takeoff thrust and the green bug runs in the N1 arc pointing to this Reduced thrust, what is wrong. The green bug should always point Maximum takeoff thrust , and in this case (R-TO) , N1 RPM indicator would be indicating N1 R-TO just before the green bug .

Hi there,

True, but why don't you write to Enrico via the support e-mail? Usually he tries to fix stuff like that as soon as possible.

(There's just one thing that I don't ever see fixed, which is unfortunately a quite annoying one, namely that the standby horizon is always showing two 'INOP flags' whenever there is no ILS reception. Of course the flags should only appear if there's a system fault and not when no ILS is tuned. This is so wrong, that many pilot friends started to look down upon PM in my pit just because of this single faulty concept...)

cheers

IŽll be doing this for sure, but I think PM people should have some help of real NGS Pilots for this.
