hi there,

I am flying the Queen from pdmg under FS9 with the interface of Leo bodnar, which has only inputs. Running the MCP and everything is working quiet will but with limited function due to the inputs only.

Now I would like to switch to OC but according to my knowledge this interface is 'talking' to the PC in Sioc, which could lead into difficulties with the PMDG offsets.

My question is whether one can programm the buttons (at least the input) via FSUIPC, than it would work with PNDG (as now with the BUO836). Or if it is possible to make PMDG understand the SIOC language.

thanks in advance

best regards

Hi,
For clarification: You program your Mastercard in SIOC indeed, but in SIOC you can use FSUIPC offsets for in- and output to your aircraft.
More info about FSUIPC usage in SIOC can be found here:
http://www.lekseecon.nl/howto.html#readFSUIPC

And in the Opencockpits Forum you will find lot of info about PMDG.

thanks,

all well noted just a bit confused about all the information.

one more question. I would like to run the MCP with OC in future. The Throttle I run with the Axiscard of OC, which is a 'joystick' only. Will this be still ok, that one is managed by Sioc and one just so, but both via USB ports

thanks in advace
