Can anyone tell me how to get my virtual atc sound through my headphones with microphone capability and the rest of the cockpit sounds and engines through my surround sound speakers? I thought I was supposed to add a secound sound card which I already bought for $100. I went to install it and it said to remove my existing card and drivers. The best buy salesman said when adding a sound card it overrides the existing sound card. I bought it anyway in hopes to make it work. Thanks for any information!
You can have two sound adaptors in your computer. Look here for the setup procedures.

Hi,
I just bought a second sound card ( 15 euro ) placed into my pc and assigned voice to one sound card and sound to the 2nd one.
Go to sound settings of FSX and choice your sound cards.
Took 2 minutes and sound separation is 5/5
ATC voice going to headphone and sounds to speakers.:-P
