GaIFR major issue

can someone help me out here, this occurs randomly and my whole panel dissapears.

You have no license to use this software, as we pointed out to you via e-mail, as such we do not offer support for non licensed software.

I would suggest you correct the situation and purchase the software if indeed you are using it, part of the purchase cost is the support, and then perhaps we might be inclined to help you with your problem.
