Hi,
I purcased Master, Expansion, output, and anolog card four months ago.
But MC-and exp card didn't worked.
I send back and hoped that they will send working cards.
I am still waiting for a response. They did not answer my mails.
I asked for my noney back but they didn't answer me.

Only sales department answerd.

"You send your e-mails to sales, but you should to send to info@opencockpits.com, because sales is only for orders. The site inform you what for Technical support the address is info. "

They are realy clever as much as I thoght. Its what I am doing for months.

You have to think about before purcasing from Opeencocpits.
No support and not working cards.

Best regards and go for hard working.

Hi Kahraman,

I'm sorry you've had a bad experience from Opencockpits. I've purchased about $2000AUD worth of products from them over time and had very few problems. These have been a mix of kit & pre-built cards. I know they are pretty slow in responding to their forums but I understand they are more diligent with direct contact via their sales page.

Are your cards in kit form or were they pre-built? If they were pre-built by OC they fully test them to ensure they do work before they are sent to you. If by chance they don't work then they would have to honour any replacement guarantee. If they were in kit form you might have more trouble getting a replacement.

Your lack of response could well be due to the time of year. Perhaps they have been on holidays at this time. They do a lot of business with the home build community so I'm sure they won't fob you off, just keep trying.

Ken.

I totally agree with Ken. They are very reliable, and the forums are a lot better at replying now than they used to be. I guess the language difference was a problem. Very good gear to use.

As I told Kahraman Abi through PM, I've also dealt with OC numerous times and not had any serious or lasting problems. Even when I had a missing piece they were very cooperative and I got a replacement with my next order (my request as it wasn't very urgent).

I would have to agree as well. I have purchased quite a few cards and parts. My MC was flaky and they emailed me to send it back in exchange for a replacement within a week. I actually ordered another MC kit as a replacement while I wait on the RMA. I put it together in about an hour and works perfectly.

Keep trying!, be patient. There might be language barrier problems here. As the others have said in this thread:
OC is a reliable company. We have had no problems with them!

I also think that they are a semi commercial outfit. Most of them have day-time jobs. And they provide us with great hardware out of sheer passion for our hobby. Resulting in long waits and a support crew that isn't always a 100% reliable. But they are doing the best they can!

So keep sending them e-mails kahraman until you hit the same note:D
