Greetings flight sim enthusiasts!

We have lift-off! I'm very excited to announce the launch of Innocent Skies "Celebrating Carefree Flight!" (http://www.innocentskies.com/index.htm), a website developed to celebrate the hobby of flight simulation. At innocentskies.com (http://www.innocentskies.com/index.htm)you can see my homebuilt simulator, as well as numerous other features that I hope will be resourceful, enlightening and entertaining to flight sim hobbyists like you. Visit the site to see what exists under the titles of Aviators Lounge, Briefing Room, Reality vs Simulation, Resources, Sim Disassembly, & B-17 Waist Gun Simulator. Some very special ideas are advocated through the theme and content of innocentskies.com (http://www.innocentskies.com/index.htm). Please provide feedback so that I can make each visit better for you.

It was not until very recently that I discovered the IFSBI website, and this forum. I'm so impressed with the content here, and grateful for this resource. It looks to be a dedicated and giving group of administrators and members.

The community of flight sim hobbyists has been very welcoming and helpful to me over the years. I'm glad to provide the Innocent Skies website in return.

I welcome you to innocentskies.com (http://www.innocentskies.com/index.htm),

travis

Thanks guys,

To be honest you have provided my first feedback since I launched my site. Your words are encouraging and I know I'm in good company. MattO, your project and website are amazing. Jabo, Thanks for appreciating the compact design of my sim. I feel your pain when trying to establish a sim with minimal space. That was a major consideration in my design. If you ever use a projector for your sim, just make sure you mount it better than I did. I risk either burning my house down with it, or having it fall on my head while I'm flying (see the construction setup @ www.innocentskies.com/construction.htm )

Hey Travis. Nice looking site. I have not had a lot of time to look it over, but looks like a place with some good info! Never enough info for us builders, is there? I feel the community will benefit with you landing here! Keep up the good work.... :D

Thank you for your compliments. I have decided to remove the cockpit building topic from the Aviators Lounge (http://www.innocentskies.com/Forum/index.htm) discussion board at innocentskies.com. (http://www.innocentskies.com/index.htm) This is because of the pre-exisiting quality cockpit building forums like this one at IFSBI. Rather, I will be providing visitors with links to this and other useful cockpit forums that have generated great followings. The Aviators Lounge will focus on unique topics more specified to the "Celebrating Carefree Flight!" theme of Innocent Skies. I look forward to my continued participation here at IFSBI.

Hi Travis,
The colors and layout of your site are vibrant and very clear. Great looking site.
I am happy that you are participating in IFSBI. Looking at your list of links, maybe we can discuss you helping us to add pages to the Yellow Pages at IFSBI.
