Error uploading photos

Received this error while attempting to upload photos to the gallery:

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 127

Command:

"/usr/bin/mogrify" +profile "*" -size 100x80 -quality 70 -geometry 100x80 -unsharp 10 '/home/isbuild/public_html/photopost/data/529/thumbs/cockpit013.jpg'

Nothing has changed on my end. Same size upload as always.
