Hi,

Installation is very easy, plug it in to your computer, install the driver and use it.
I absolutely recommend their FMC, all the things I can say about it are positive.

Two thumbs up!!!!!;)
The installation is a breeze too, just plug the CDU into any 2.0 USB hub and download the drivers and off you go! I'm using mine with Level D B767 and it works flawlessly:D.

I've looked at the FMC from engravity, and noticed that there are two seperate prices included for every product. One is including VAT, and one isn't. Problem is, I don't know what the VAT is, nor how to apply for it, because the difference is HUGE. Anyone got any recommendations on possibly a more affordable option that doesn't require a ton of wiring and programming. That's what turns me on about Engravity the most, is that it's plug an play. Is there anything else out there like this for maybe half the cost?

The Price without VAT is the one we pay..

If you live in Europe you must pay VAT it is their TAX.

I would have a look in the classifieds mate as I'm sure someone was selling two of them barely used.

I love my one, but I must warn you they are very weak around the usb connector on the unit so it is best to get them mounted into your cockpit as quickly as you can so you dont put any stress on the usb connector, I learned that the hard way and had to get a skilled friend to resolder and fix the track on the circuit board as it was out of warranty, just my own experience but otherwise a fantastic piece of kit.

Yes sadly in the EU we pay VAT. "Value Added Tax".
Non-EU residents wont have to pay VAT. Although your own country may have import taxes.

I have an engravity CDU for my 767. Works great, easy to install and it is FULLY backlit too. Buy it and you will never be disapointed!
