PMDG has just released their driver for the Engravity Hardware CDU.

Now the engravity 737 and 747 CDU are compatible with both Project Magenta and the PMDG 737 and 747 range so both cockpit builders and desktop simmers have a CDU to use.

where can I get a FS9 PMDG driver for the cdu of Engravity?

PMDG used to sell the driver. At the end of last year they stopped selling the driver when one of their staff left PMDG to open his own business. As yet no one is selling the PMDG/Engravity interface. I suggest you contact PMDG to see if they have developed another interface which they said they would be doing.
