That looks like EGLC, London City. The GS is 5 degrees there. You should see the 727 land there. It's pretty scary looking.

Here is link to the commercial. The maker said that it was originally a BA airbus that was CGI'd to put in an advertising agency and he posted how he did it.

It is a fake. Its a dutch heineken commercial.
